Dear Valued Partner,

With the uncertainty of Hurricane Irma and hurricane warnings in multiple states, we are continuing to see a rise in call volume. Due to this rise in call volume, you may experience longer than normal hold times. We will work as fast and efficiently as we can to get all calls handled.

We continue to move staff members out of the danger zone and have contingency plans if they need to move further.

As of 5pm EST today, we will only be performing emergency updates on accounts (Example: on call changes, additions/subtractions of personnel, closure notices, etc.,) Any lengthy script changes, complete script rewrites or any major changes to accounts will be performed at our earliest convenience). Delays should be expected, due to this hurricane, if making changes to your account.
