As many of our clients who were impacted by Hurricane Irma return to their normal business operations, we have seen a slight decrease in call volume. However, our call volume still remains high and longer than normal hold times still remain. We will continue working as quickly and efficiently as possible to get to each and every call. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
