We have found and corrected the issue that was causing interruption of sending and/or receiving faxes. All services are restored. We have switched back to our primary fax provider. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Monitoring
We have switched over to our backup faxing provider. This restores our outbound fax capability, however inbound faxes are still not functioning. We will continuing monitoring. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We have identified an issue that is causing the failure in sending and/or receiving faxes. Our IT Team is working to resolve this issue. We will have an update within 4 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
