Resolved - We have found and corrected the issue that was causing interruption of sending and/or receiving faxes. All services are restored. We have switched back to our primary fax provider. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Monitoring - We have switched over to our backup faxing provider. This restores our outbound fax capability, however inbound faxes are still not functioning. We will continuing monitoring. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
