Resolved - We will continue to text from our back-up provider for the remainder of the weekend. Every text that was sent within the last hour was received by the phones. Some may be experiencing receiving texts from our primary provider for messages from earlier in the day.

We are pleased to report that as of this afternoon we are seeing numbers more in line with our normal traffic. On Monday and Tuesday of this week our call volume was nearly double the amount of our normal traffic. We sincerely appreciate your patience and will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.

As many of our clients who were impacted by Hurricane Irma return to their normal business operations, we have seen a slight decrease in call volume. However, our call volume still remains high and longer than normal hold times still remain. We will continue working as quickly and efficiently as possible to get to each and every call. Dear Valued Partner,

With the uncertainty of Hurricane Irma and hurricane warnings in multiple states, we are continuing to see a rise in call volume. Due to this rise in call volume, you may experience longer than normal hold times. We will work as fast and efficiently as we can to get all calls handled.

We continue to move staff members out of the danger zone and have contingency plans if they need to move further.

As of 5pm EST today, we will only be performing emergency updates on accounts (Example: on call changes, additions/subtractions of personnel, closure notices, etc.,) Any lengthy script changes, complete script rewrites or any major changes to accounts will be performed at our earliest convenience). Delays should be expected, due to this hurricane, if making changes to your account.

We will keep you updated as we know more. If you are in the path of this storm, please stay safe!
