AnswerFirst has scheduled routine maintenance for many of our services on the second Wednesday evening of each month, starting at 10pm (Eastern time). During these maintenance periods, there may be two brief periods (under 5 minutes) where the following services will be unavailable.

- API integration services
- Inbound email processing (delayed)
- ProScheduler
- What's My Server
