AnswerFirst has scheduled maintenance to upgrade our answering service software this Tuesday evening 10/14/2025, starting at approximately 11:45pm (Eastern time) and running for approximately 2 hours. During this upgrade period, there will be brief periods where the following services will be unavailable.

- Call scripts
- Text messaging
- Email notifications
- API calls
- outbound faxing
- Inbound email processing (delayed)

These services will be impacted for short periods. It is possible some services will be delayed and it is possible some service events will be lost in transit. If any of these services are critical to your business and it is imperative that no notification is lost, AnswerFirst recommends asking that your services be modified so that your team is called by our CSPs for those notifications.
