AnswerFirst has scheduled maintenance for our SMS services this evening, starting at approximately 10pm (Eastern time). During this maintenance period, there will be brief periods (under 8 minutes each) where the following services will be unavailable.
- Text messaging
This service will be impacted for short periods. It is possible some service will be delayed and it is possible some service events will be lost in transit. If any of these services are critical to your business and it is imperative that no notification is lost, AnswerFirst recommends asking that your services be modified so that your team is called by our CSPs for those notifications.
