A work-around has been implemented for inbound faxes to 800-421-9973, we are monitoring.

We have identified an issue that is causing the failure in receiving faxes. Sending faxes to our clients has not been impacted. Our IT Team is working to resolve this issue. We will have an update within 4 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing.
