AnswerFirst has scheduled routine maintenance for many of our services on the second Wednesday evening of each month, starting at approximately 10pm (Eastern time). During these maintenance periods, there will be brief periods (under 8 minutes each) where the following services will be unavailable.

- Text messaging
- Email notifications
- https://support.answerfirst.com
- API calls (2 way, not express)
- outbound faxing
- Inbound email processing (delayed)
- CDI
- ProScheduler
- What's My Server

These services will be impacted for short periods. It is possible some services will be delayed and it is possible some service events will be lost in transit. If any of these services are critical to your business and it is imperative that no notification is lost, AnswerFirst recommends asking that your services be modified so that your team is called by our CSPs for those notifications.
